ICPC which also means Independent Corrupt Practices Commission is a paramilitary agency in Nigeria which many people don’t actually know about. So because of that, we will talk a little about the agency before we go down to the ICPC salary structure, ranks and allowances.
In Nigeria, the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) plays an important role in fighting corruption and promoting integrity in public service just like EFCC. Now before we talk about the salary of the ICPC, let’s first see how the ranks is structured because the salary of the ICPC is based on ranks just like the EFCC ranks and salary.
The SSCE certificate holders in ICPC are given the rank of Assistant Detective (AD). ICPC officers who joined the service using National Diploma or NCE certificate are placed at the rank of Assistant Chief Detective (ACD). BSC and HND certificate holders are given the rank of Assistant Director and can still be promoted to the highest rank in the ICPC. Now let’s look at the complete ranks in the ICPC.

ICPC Salary Structure
As we said earlier, the ICPC salary is structured according to ranks. SSCE certificate holders in the ICPC are paid about N53,000 monthly with other allowances. ICPC officers with National Diploma and NCE certificate are paid about N74,000 monthly and some other allowances. Graduates with BSC and HND certificate are paid about N125,000 monthly salary and some other allowances. Below is the complete salary in the ICPC.

ICPC Training Allowance
The ICPC training allowance for their trainees is between N15,000 – N50,000 depending on the qualification of the trainee. The SSCE holders are paid lesser training allowance while the HND and BSC holders receives the highest training allowance.
